    Hi Uncle Paul!
    It looks like they are at a parade... There is a tractor with a wagon attatched to it... Do they know someone that is that wagon?
    That's my guess.

    ok now that some guesses have filed in I will say that the boys hearing aide was the focus of my photo shoot!! notice that it is surgically implanted in his head!!
